Two Islands Hokkaido Mizunara Cask - Bottled In Bond Whiskey
This is a limited-edition release we did with our friends at Taste Select Repeat. For this collaboration, we selected two barrels of Battle Point wheat whiskey and combined them into a freshly dumped Mizunara oak cask that previously held Yama whiskey. After four months of secondary maturation, the barrel clocked in at 132.56 proof. After several proofing experiments, we agreed the whiskey showed the best at 100 proof. It has more potent notes of tropical fruit and sandalwood than our regular 90-proof Hokkaido cask finish whiskey, plus a more viscous mouthfeel and a longer finish.

Whether you take your whiskey neat, on rocks or mixed, Two Islands Hokkaido Mizurana Cask - Bottles in Bone will definitely provides quality taste. I was really impressed with the shipping and communication process.
Just try it!
100 proof gives a strong nose at first, with a delightful taste as it evaporates in the mouth.
Smooth and pleasing. I would buy it again. I’m not a whiskey expert, but drink what I like.
