The spirits we produce are an honest expression of the grains we use and the land on which they're grown. We work directly with small family farms in Washington state to grow select heritage varieties of organic grain.
This approach allows us to nuance and pre-determine every aspect of the distillate. These independently farmed grains are unbelievably high in quality and flavor. Their character can’t be matched by commodity grains. From the best, comes the best.
