Yama Mizunara Cask Single Grain Whiskey

The world’s only non-Japanese whiskey to be aged exclusively in virgin Mizunara oak. Grain bill: 100% Washington-grown USDA Organic Alba and Full Pint barley, unmalted. 2X pot distilled and aged for at least 5 years in Japanese-made 66-gallon Mizunara oak casks.

Aromatic notes of sandalwood, tropical flowers, star anise and joss incense, flavors of nutmeg and clove, pear, marzipan and toasted coconut, yuzu, finishes with fading spice, honey and oak.
