Bottled in Bond. Mash bill of 60% heirloom corn, 25% heirloom rye and 15% heirloom wheat, all USDA Organic, fermented with vintage-strain yeast, double-distilled and entered into 53-gallon No. 3 charred American oak barrels between 110 and 115 proof. Aged for 6+ years. 

Great “old school” flavor profile. Spicy sweet notes of rye (grain and grass), corn bin, cherry cola and vanilla on the nose, bright palate follows with toasted grain, vanilla caramels, baking spice, citrus, menthol, oak, finishes warm with rye, oak and baking spices.
