Our Story

We were founded in 2009 as an independent family owned and operated distillery. We have been dedicated to creating world-class USDA Certified Organic spirits for the past 15 years. Our production methods are hyper-traditional, our organic grain varieties are heritage-class, and we distill from raw grain every drop in our Bainbridge Island stillhouse. We live by the mantra “if we can’t do it the right way we just won’t do it”.
